⌚ 9:00 am – 9:15 am: Welcome & Warm-up
Campers arrive, meet and greet with friends and instructors, and participate in light stretching exercises.
⌚ 9:15 am – 10:00 am: Campers participate in their chosen sport or activity (e.g., football, basketball, swimming, etc.)
⌚ 10:00 am – 10:15 am: Snack & Hydration Break
Campers enjoy a healthy snack and hydrate before moving on to the next activity.
⌚ 10:15 am – 11:00 am:Â
Campers switch to a different sport or activity (e.g., yoga, dance, art, etc.)
⌚ 11:00 am – 11:30 am: Breakfast
Campers refuel with a nutritious breakfast provided by the camp.
⌚ 11:30 am – 12:15 pm:Â
Campers choose a more relaxing activity for the final session of the day (e.g., storytelling, puppet show, cooking, etc.)
⌚ 12:15 pm – 12:30 pm: Cool Down & Wrap Up
Campers participate in a group cool-down activity, recap the day’s events, and get ready for pickup.
Please note that this schedule is flexible, and activities can be adjusted to suit the needs and preferences of the campers. The goal is to strike a balance between engaging physical activities and more relaxed, creative pursuits, ensuring that students have a fun and enriching experience without getting overly tired.
